Single, gray striped, green eyed hunk seeks seeks a stable, secure family for a lifetime of cuddles, naps and endless entertainment. He got his name, Goose, from just being the silly goose that he is. Charming and sweet, this 17 month old debonair dude spends hours entertaining himself with any kind of cat toys you give him and will find new things around your house that you never even knew how much fun they could be. His favorite things are barrettes, but a balled up piece of foil is just as fun! When you hit the snooze button thats his cue to come and cuddle up on you for a little one on one time. He follows you around in the morning as you get ready for work, chasing the water trails down the glass shower doors while accidentally pulling your bath towel onto the floor. After your shower he curls up in the extra sink trying to nap while you brush your teeth, knocking off any small things he can reach to play with later. Then, downstairs to watch you make your breakfast while patiently waiting to get some of those yummy, crunchy treats in the foil pouch that crinkles. Laser pointers, flashlights and shiny reflections fascinate this guy to no end. He has a great foster dad now but needs a forever home. He could definitely get used to living with older kids and even a docile dog, but will expect the usual patience and adjustment time to get to know your family one on one. He feels most secure inside and feels especially happy when he is perched on his scratching post in front of a window so he can nap and watch the world go by. Please contact Marilyn at Cat's Cradle Rescue (503-312-4296) to arrange a visit to come see him in his environment. He is neutered, has all of his vaccinations and records, is micro-chipped, and is ready to meet your family now. The adoption fee is $50 for adult cats. This fee includes spay/neuter, worming and flea treatment, current vaccines, vet exam and free 30-day insurance offer. Cat's Cradle is an all-volunteer, non-profit foster-home based rescue serving Oregon cats who need new homes.
