Pixie-Bob (short coat) : : Female (spayed) : : Baby : : Medium
Darla is a purebred Pixie Bob. Please do research on the breed before considering adoption. Darla had a rocky start to her life. She is a work in progress so to say. She ADORES other calm/nurturing cats and would do best in a home with another cat to guide her. She spends most of her day bouncing and playing like any other 4 month old kitten. She is very smart and enjoys playing on her own or with a human companion (feather teasers, string ect). One of the things we are working on with Darla is her trust in people. When she is up high, such as on a chair or bed she is very willing to receive pets and will purr for hours. When it comes to coming up to her on the ground or trying to pick her up when she is on the ground she tends to run away. She is still unsure of people but with a little patience she make a loving companion. If you are up to giving your heart to this little one she will be a perfect addition to an adult home or to a family with children over the age of 10. Darla is not suitable for a home with young children. For further information please contact CCR at 503-320-6079 or go to catscradlerescue.com/adopt to complete a pre-adoption application. Darla's foster mom will return your call or reply to your application. The Adoption fee is $300 for Darla who is a pure-bred kitten. The adoption fee Includes spay/neuter, microchip, worming and flea treatment, current vaccines, vet exam and free 30-day insurance offer. Cat's Cradle is an all-volunteer, non-profit foster-home based rescue serving Oregon cats who need new homes. 100% of your adoption fee goes to provide for the medical and physical needs of the cats in our care. We invite you to become a foster parent and experience the great satisfaction of helping a cat or kitten in need.
