Hi - I am Parrot! If you are looking for a cat that can talk, then I am that cat. That's right, I can talk. I can say Hello. Not just a meow but a Hello. I just said it behind my foster. When she turned to look to see who said Hello she saw me sitting there looking up at her. She was very surprised. I am also a very pretty young lady with an independent outlook. However I am very curious about my surroundings as I explore and play. I do like company, but I prefer to approach you first. I love to sleep upside down, in a hammock and have my belly rubbed. Cat trees are secure for me and I can watch from up above. Keep in mind I am shy and at first I will run and hide. However I sneak my head out and watch what's going on. I adventure out, tap the floor and make sure I am safe. I really do want to feel safe, secure and loved. I may not be social at first, but I do warm up and become part of the family.
Friendly dogs do not bother me, in fact I like them if they do not chase me like a squirrel. I think I would prefer to be the only cat, however if you have a friendly cat that is patient with me while I adjust..I am sure I will be fine. My new family needs to understand that I am an indoor kitten/cat only.
I am litter box trained, well behaved and I do not destroy furniture. My foster family has never complained about me, but the know I need a new and forever home. I love to sit in the window on a soft blanket, sun myself and watch the leaves and rain blow.
