Great Cats for Great Homes

Ciri has been the greatest friend I could ask for. She came to my family as a stray kitten and has been with me for almost a decade. She has done well with other cats (we had a second cat for 7 years until that cat passed away due to a tumor) but is against the very idea of dogs. She is a pretty clingy cat and does best in a home with at least 2 people in it (ideally no children below middle school age, she just hasn't been around them) so she always has someone to pointedly sit a foot away from.

She likes toys but treat puzzles frustrate her - why work for it when you could just give her the treat, you know? She will take interest in anything you do in the kitchen, because you wouldn't go in there without doing something for her obviously. She has a particular interest in ranch dressing and goes full gremlin mode to get a taste. She's chatty and will let you know how she feels about anything & everything. She's also quite nosy and loves spying on neighbors through the windows.

It breaks my heart to have to list Ciri for rehoming, but after developing an autoimmune disease last year right after moving to a new home, both Ciri and I are not doing well. I want her to be able to spend her senior years happy and healthy and I am rapidly approaching the point that I can't provide that for her..Ciri is declawed on all 4 paws. Ciri is indoor only and has a $50 rehoming fee.
