Midge is an energetic, playful, and loving young kitty. She is social and makes friends with new people who visit our home within moment of meeting them. She loves and needs a lot of play time with her favorite types being strings and fetch with paper balls. She is a very human centric cat and will follow you around from room to room, if your lap is open watch out you might get cat locked. She loves being picked up and held as well as getting lots of pets.

 

Midge will let you know with her voice if there is a closed door she wants open. Midge is very food motivated and will do a lot for treats. But watch out if you leave anything on the counter unattended as she might sample it for herself. Currently we monitor her food intake as left to free feed she will over eat.

 

She has been an indoor only cat with us for almost a year and has been our sole pet during that time. She might enjoy the outside but your local bird population better watch out as she has a strong prey drive and is quite athletic - for her safety please consider her indoor only.

 

The primary reason we are looking to rehome her is my partners growing allergies to her. She is a sweet cat with a lot of love and attention to give. Her adoption fee is $50.  Midge lives in Portland with her owners. Midge has no experience with dogs, cats or children.
