Meet Ivy. She is a 4 year old Turkish Angora mix with possible Point Siamese. Big beautiful blue eyes. This kitty has not been around other cats and should be considered the only cat in the house. She was brought up with a small senior cat friendly dog who she very much liked. Ivy really needs a companion, a person if the work from home or a senior cat friendly dog or another cat friendly cat. If she is a lone for long periods of time she gets sad and lonely. She  is used to having kind teenagers giving her attention and spending time with her. Ivy has to be an indoor only cat as her front claws were removed when she was a kitten. She has never been outside.  At first she is shy and it takes her a few days to relax and enjoy her new, safe and peaceful home. She has been around calm and caring teenagers who doted on her. She is not used to a loud home, but definitely is used to gentle teenagers. She is a cat that finds her comfy and favorite places and will enjoy her own cat tree where she rests all day if given the chance.  Ivy does enjoy family and will soon be sitting next to you, watching, checking you out and possibly watching the latest Netflix series with you. We are not sure how she would do around young children as she has never experienced toddlers. So it is recommended children 8 and above. Ivy has been introduced to her foster home's cats and does not seem to be too bothered. She may do well with another friendly cat if the introduction is not forced, but on her own.
