Obama is an affectionate kitty who wants to be in your lap when you're reading or watching TV. He's also inclined to join your conversations, whether you're talking on the phone or in an online chat, but he's typically content listening as long as you don't mind if he does so while perched in your lap or gets some screen time. He's very vocal as well. If you come home after running errands, he will come to greet you with, "Where've you been? I was worried! Where's my dinner?" He's only got about half of his teeth - many came out naturally, along with a recent dental visit for cleaning and extractions that included his large incisors and some molars. It's made a big difference for his oral health. Still, he's eating both dry kibble and wet cat food. Sometimes, I add a little water to the dry food and a pinch of Mirilax which helps keep him regular. I adopted Obama during Election Week 2008, and my kids were happy to welcome him to the family. They've long since left the household and I am living in a small condo. Plus, I'm preparing to leave the country for an extended period of time, so I need to find a good home. My kids have cats of their own, and Obama has not been inclined to socialize with other animals (he used to be an indoor-outdoor cat and was very territorial). He will be a loving companion for the right family! Rehoming fee is $50. Indoor only please.
