Humphrey is a gregarious short-haired male tabby. Since starting off as the smallest of his litter, his foster family has always called him “Runty.” This guy is an all-around great kitten. He is quick to run and play with his siblings and is the highest jumper of his litter. But he also takes time for periodic cuddles with his people. Humphrey is looking for an indoor-only home with another kitty or a sibling that he can be crazy with. Adoption fee is $200 or $300/pair
