Eleanor

Meet Eleanor!  Don’t let her fancy name fool you this little girl is all about the feisty fun.  She loves to play at stalking toys and jumping out of hiding spots to surprise you as you walk by.  After she’s done being the “ferocious” black panther she thinks she is, she loves to lay cuddled up next to you on the couch, or join you at your desk. Not a fan of being carried, she does love a good cuddle while you're sitting down, and can’t get enough pets and loves.  Eleanor is small in stature and was born with a half tail, but don’t tell her that, she thinks she’s perfect just the way she is, as do we! Eleanor will do best in a home with a friendly cat to play with.  She is cautious of dogs, but if they are respectful of her she is ok with them.  She might be too feisty for young children, but a respectful child over 10 could be her best friend in no time at all.

The only girl in a litter of brothers, Eleanor can hold her own.  She was born with half a tail but that hasn’t slowed her down one bit.  She startles easily but once she realizes all is safe it’s game on again.  She loves to play rough with her brothers but is the first to snuggle up with one of her sibs to take a well-earned nap.  Eleanor would love to be adopted into a family that has another young feline who is looking for a companion.  She enjoys pets and scratches and likes to sleep up against you, but doesn’t enjoy feeling “trapped” in your arms. She is extremely sweet and chill. 

*She has been fostered around dogs and other cats; they are cautious but curious. With the right friend and careful introduction, they should do fine with dogs, cats and children above the age of 7.

Her adoption fee is $200 which Includes spay, microchip, worming and flea treatment, current vaccines, and negative FIV and FeLV test.
