Allie is a sweet and friendly 5 year-old male British Shorthair. He's very affectionate and enjoys people. While he's not much of a lap cat, he loves butt pats and belly rubs. He's often content to be near his people, relaxing in the same room, but will at times vocally demand affection. He has a funny squeaky little meow for a boy his size! He will sleep with his people and is good at sleeping through the night. He has a heart murmur and currently takes a daily beta blocker. He's very good at taking pills and is generally quite easygoing. He can be frightened by loud noises, so while he's never been around children, small children may stress him out.

Allie loves birdwatching and generally being high up, and would appreciate a cat tree or tower. He is curious and fairly active, and does like to climb, but is generally well-behaved. He uses his scratcher and litterbox like a champ! He loves food and treats. Allie's never been around dogs and dislikes cats. He grew up with feline siblings and does not get along with them. He tends to pick fights (he is not aggressive with people). While he may get along with a larger, easygoing dog he can't bully, he would do best in a household where he can be the only pet and not have to compete for attention. When he receives the attention he thinks he deserves (which is all of it) he is a sweet, funny, easygoing boy! Indoor only! Rehoming fee is $200
