Gemma is a gentle, quiet, affectionate, inquisitive, playful, sweet, adorable, petite, tortie girl.  She is 8 months old.

Gemma’s purr is as gentle as she is.  She will share her purr with you when she is being petted, held and when she plays. Gemma can be shy, especially in new surroundings and around new people. She will take a while to feel secure in these situations, but once she realizes you are a kind person and she is safe, her sweet personality shines.

Gemma is playful and adores her wand/string toys and her circular ball chasers and towers which will keep her entertained, especially if her foster mom is playing with her. Gemma chases her wand/string toys around the room when her foster mom plays with her. She also likes her other toys, especially her catnip mice, plastic balls and plastic springs. Gemma uses her scratching post and climbs her cat tree to look out the window and watch the birds and squirrels outside.

She is used to playing and cuddling with her sibling Obi (although he can be a little rough when he plays). Gemma gets along well with other cats and is good friends with the medium sized, mellow dog in the home. Gemma has meticulous litter habits and grooming habits and enjoys her wet and dry cat food. Gemma would do best in a quiet, stable home with experienced/knowledgeable adult cat owners, without young, loud children. She would do fine with older, patient, respectful children.

Gemma would love to have an outgoing, cat friendly cat in her new home to become buddies with and she would do fine with a mellow, cat friendly dog also. Gemma has been spayed, is up to date on her FVRCP and Rabies vaccine and has been treated for fleas and worms. She will be chipped before she is adopted.  Her adoption fee is $100.  Indoor only.
