Tilly is a rescue kitty from the The Ochoco Animal Shelter, which serves the Prineville Area and The Ochoco Mountains. The estimated she was 2 years old when I adopted her. She wasn't use to people, animals or children; although, the sign on her window at PetSmart (the adoption agency) said she was good with all 3. She was frightened. It took at lot of love to get her where she is, now, she loves everybody, but dogs. She sits in front of the mirror admiring herself. My best friend died Dec 7th, So, I'm moving to Hawaii to work on a project to help end homelessness on Oahu. I wanted to take Tilly. But, after researching, I find, it will cost about $1,650 in total and take 3 more months. My only income is Social Security. I just can't afford to take her. I need to leave Jan. 31st. I can't take her with me. This decision was very difficult to make. She is my best friend. She is a sweetheart, a loyal companion.
