Great Cats for Great Homes

  This odd couple didn't start out together. Venillope (2) adopted Felix, an orphaned neonate, and Felix adopted Venillope as its surrogate moma. Venillope actually had her own litter born in rescue but had a couple of close calls, post-delivery. She is a finicky cat, even when her condition was dire a couple of times! She steals hooman food and apparently lived on it before when she was on her own. Watch your chips! We couldn't get her to eat much catfood, at first. She only likes Tiki brand wetfood. Otherwise we feed her regular canned chicken and other canned hooman food meats. She will eat dry kitten food and that helped her gain weight as she was extremely skinny when she came into rescue. She has a super sweet demeanor who is very chill, and likes being held like a baby. She is very intelligent and picky with who she associates herself with both in hoomans and other cats and dog. She is highly tolerant of others though. We could swear she thinks she's a hooman more than a cat. She can be quite the jumper too and and loves her lazer pointer and feather toys and loves to play chase with Felix. Felix was orphaned when his moma had severe mastitis and could no longer support nursing and half his litter was lost before being rescued. He has been bottlefed since until weaned. Still likes to make biscuits and suckle on his favorite blanket. He is a snuggly dude and affectionate as all get out. He is playful but very calm for a little guy. We think that is why Venillope picked him or he, her. He is a also happy with supervised young children and has no qualms with any cat or dog, so far. Indeed they make a strange pair but are a match made in heaven. They both had a rough start in life but now with your help they will have a warm, loving and caring furever home. Adoption fee is $250 for Venillope and $150 for Felix or $350 for the pair. Their adoption fees include: spay/neuter; Vaccines including FVRCP with booster and 1 yr Rabies, and Venillope also got Leukemia immunization with booster; testing for FelV/FIV and both were negative for both; microchipped; monthly flea treatment and dewormer x3. Indoor Only.
