Abyss aka Abby is the sweetest, most serene and loving young 1 and 1/2 year old Momma cat that was rescued from a location where cats/kittens were being poisoned. She was a brave Momma to her kittens and kept them safe while we put together a rescue plan. Her kittens are Maine Coon mixes and she seems to be as well. She has huge paws, silky fur that feels like rabbit fur, a shorter face and thin tail that may bush out later. Abby had a gash in her face from the eye corner to mid nose on her right side, so it oozes sometimes, but a quick wipe with a wet tissue does the trick. The eye is just fine. Abby loves kittens and young cats. With a proper introduction, we hope she will do well with adult cats as well. With humans, she purrs easily and will get up on her hind legs to head butt a hand. Abby is spayed, FIV/FELV negative, has all shots, is dewormed, defleaed and micro-chipped. Her Adoption fee is only $50.00 to help offset the costs of rescue.
