  Ivy is a lovable and affectionate domestic short hair that brightens up any home she accompanies. You are guaranteed to fall in love with this 3 1/2 year old sweetheart the first day you spend with her. She had been surrendered by her former owners because they didn’t have the time to take care of her, so she’ll need a lot of love since it’s her first time being rehoused. Ivy is currently undergoing dental treatment but will be healthy again in no time. She is very cuddly and loves being pet, a perfect lap kitty! She has lived around dogs before, but having a more calm natured dog would suit Ivy’s lifestyle better. She hasn’t experienced a home with other cats though, so it may take her some time to get used to being around them. Ivy can be timid and shy around strangers, particularly men. However, with love and patience she will open up to anyone willing to give her time and guidance. She enjoys playing soccer with her toy ornaments and chasing toys that are thrown about. She’s a big girl but always has the energy to play. Ivy’s love for humans makes her the perfect candidate to first time cat owners, or anyone wanting to add a furry companion to their life.

Adoption fee Includes spay, microchip, worming and flea treatment, current vaccines, vet exam and free 30-day insurance offer.  Ivy has had a recent dental and is negative for FIV and FeLV.
