Introduction Our two kittens are 10.5 months old and very attached to each other. They must stay together. The brother and sister have been very loved, but unfortunately we will be traveling a lot more than we expected when we got them. We rescued them (they were feral) at 10 weeks old and socialized them. Health notes They are spayed and neutered. They are both microchipped. They were dewormed (broad spectrum) and they got their leukemia vaccines. They wear seresto collars. They do still need the fvrcp and rabies vaccines. We have the health paperwork that we will pass on to the new owner(s). They strictly eat a grain-free wet food diet, as they tend to get diarrhea with grain-containing wet food and tend to eat way too quickly with dry food. Lifestyle They are very loving and have been accustomed to constant stimulation. They come often during the day looking for attention and cuddles. This is because we have worked from home and have been able to give them our all-day attention for as long as they’ve known us. We suspect they would do best in a home with someone who is retired and/or permanently works from home. Since we were able to socialize them fully, they have been strictly indoors. However, we take them out often around our property on the leash and harness - they love this. Personalities Attached are some images of these adorable kittens. The one with the whiter face is Giada, the female. The one with more grey on the face is Massimo, the male. Massimo is basically a dog in personality! Massimo will follow you around and enjoy being in your presence. Massimo is loyal, interactive, and intelligent. Giada is a cute and adorable baby girl that is living a world of her own. She likes to do long sessions of cuddling on your lap while you are sitting and sometimes wants you to chase her and then will plop over and show you her belly for you to rub it. Both kittens are extremely sweet. Even when we rescued them and they were terrified of us, we never got a single hiss or scratch of any kind. They are truly angels and completely innocent. We are told from our house sitters that they are the most cuddly/loving and well-behaved cats they have met. In all honesty, they do not scratch our furniture, they diligently (since the day we got them) use their litter box and clean themselves afterwards. Belongings We would pass off everything and anything that a new pet owner would need. It might also help the kittens in the readjustment to a new house and new human(s). They have a large beige 7-8 foot cat tree. Two grey wool cat caves that they like to use when they want their own space and privacy. They have a set of two ceramic elevated bowls for their meals. They have an automatic water fountain with a filter. A wall scratcher. They have an automatic laser light toy that we put on for them every night after their meal. A grass patch hunting box that Massimo enjoys. A scratch and roll toy that Giada particularly loves to use after a cuddle session. And many more small toys such as feathers on-a-stick, bird with sounds, small wool balls, etc. If the new owner would like, we can also pass on the top entry litter box and litter mat we have. For going out with the kittens, we have two harnesses and leashes. We also have a small hard carrier and a soft cat backpack carrier that we are happy to pass on. As far as grooming, we have a metal comb hair brush and nail clippers. Rehoming Fee We are not in any rush to rehome our cats. It is most important they go to a home that is a good fit. During the process of searching for their new home, we have had non-serious individuals schedule multiple calls with us and even had us bring our cats on long car rides to meet them. Because of these experiences, we are now deciding to charge a rehoming fee. This is to assure us of three things: 1) The new owners are serious about taking our kittens into a loving forever home, 2) They have the financial means to care for them, and 3) They will not be selling their belongings for a profit. The rehoming fee is $300.

For more information on meeting and adopting this kitty, please fill out a pre-adoption application under "ADOPT" on our website at WWW.CATSCRADLERESCUE.COM. Your information will be forwarded to the owner for follow-ups and meeting arrangement.

Cat's Cradle is an all-volunteer, non-profit foster-home based rescue serving Oregon cats who need new homes. 100% of your adoption fee goes to provide for the medical and physical needs of the cats in our care. We invite you to become a foster parent and experience the great satisfaction of helping a cat or kitten in need.
