  My name is Isis, after the Egyptian goddess.  I am the perfect cuddle and read a book or binge watch TV buddy. Recently my human passed away and I went to live with some of their friends but it didn’t work out.  I have been juggled around to different places where I have been isolated because I did not get along with other cats, dogs or small children.  They were going to put me down until my foster mom heard my story. 

I am looking for my forever home. Someone that is an introvert, quiet, loving, calm, patient and spends a lot of time at home.  I am sweet and love attention, I will indulge you with hours of purring and snuggles. If you forget to pet me, I will come pet you.  With my recent trauma I will need some time to trust you; so please be patient with me. I am good at communicating when I need space, playtime, attention or food.  I am on a diet so please hold me to it.  At night I will curl up under the covers with you purr and snore; I have the cutest snore.

DISLIKES: Strong scents - they make me feel overwhelmed and grumpy. A dirty litter box.

LIKES: I like to be near my human, food, being little spoon, attention, my mouse toy, routine, being indoors and the feather game.

Please don't mind bare patches on my legs and belly.  I lost my fur there because of over-grooming when I was left alone and stressed.

My vaccination is up to date.
