  Sascha is a 10 year old Russian Blue who's owners are no longer able to keep her because their toddler is allergic. She is mostly indoors, but for the time being is having to be kept outside away from their child. She is a sweet, affectionate, but shy girl. She loves to cuddle up with her owner while reading, sleeping and watching TV, but is timid around new folks and other animals. Sascha would thrive best in a house without other pets and young children. Sascha was diagnosed with chronic kidney disease 3 years ago, but remains remarkably active and healthy despite this. The only treatment she's needed thus far is a wet food diet to increase fluid intake. There are no behavioral issues to speak of. Please consider adopting Sascha as an addition to your family.
