  Cecil is quite a unique little fella. Obviously, just from looking at him, you can see his unique features. His face "deformity" (if you want to call it that, we think he's adorable) causes him no issues other than loud breathing when he's playing or out of breath. He is very affectionate with his people but he is not fond of strangers. He can be coaxed out by strangers with treats and will eventually warm up to them after some time of investigating. He has a sweet high-pitched meow and likes to announce his arrival with a meow and headbutt. INDOOR ONLY!
