Hi, my name is Lila. I am the extremely beautiful lilac point Siamese girl. The other kitten in the pictures is my brother Skippy. I feel certain that a kitten as distinguished as I am shouldn't have a brother named Skippy, but the humans started calling him that (yes, it's from Skippyjon Jones) and it stuck. Truthfully Skippy fits him as he is sort of cute and goofy. The humans do all sort of things I disapprove of; as long as they feed us I let them call my brother what they want. I would love to talk more about how beautiful and distinguished I am, but I have to share something else with you that isn't as much fun. My brother and I had a sort of rough start. We didn't have humans around to take care of us when we were really young. We've been with a human family for a while now but we're still really shy around them. We try to be brave around humans but it's hard. We love to be cuddled and the humans think we're going to be lazy lap cats someday but right now we need someone who will be really patient with us and help us learn to trust. Our foster home has some big cats that we really love; we would like to have a forever home with some of those.
We need a patient family without children who will understand that we will need lots of time to feel comfortable around our new family. If you think you're the person who can love us and accept that we will need time to love you back then we should talk. (It would be a bonus if you're the kind of person who agrees that Skippy is a ridiculous name and will name my brother something else.) We are indoor only and don't know dogs. We LOVE other cats though.
