Great Cats for Great Homes

  Persephone is a sweet cat. She bumps her head up to your mouth when you are holding her as she wants a kiss. She used to like rubbing on my ex's goatee. Persephone liked to sleep by my pillow or by feet. She has always been indoors but I have a deck in my apt and she loves to go out there, have a cat door so she can enjoy any time. When I was in a home she was often found by a window, of course. I wish I had more windows for her to enjoy. Persephone has been around dogs and was fine but she was a Min Pin so not much bigger, lol. I have always free fed her with about 2 days worth of food in the bowl, she has never had an issue. Backstory and why I am making this painful decision and not something I never thought I would do. I left my ex about 4 yrs ago and it has been an adjustment especially after losing my 17 yr old cat a few months after moving into where I currently am 3 yrs ago. I met someone new at that time, she would rub on his legs but he was allergic so wouldn't pet her and i think that hurt her. Well now I have a 2 yr old and she is good with him but now I think tolerates him since he's noisier and runs all over. He is gentle with her and I have not seen her react when he's not. She loves to play but I had put away many of her toys as he was putting them in his mouth so that was not so much fun for her. Anyway I feel like Persephone is neglected because my son consumes my free time. And she seems to just sleep on the top of her cat tree or on my bed most the time. I feel like she has been lonely since losing the only companion she had ever known and then losing the time I had for her before my son and now being a single Mom. I feel horrible but feel this is probably the best decision. This is so hard for me to do I am hoping someone will love her pics and take her ASAP.
