Hi – my name is Zarena.  I am about 3-1/2 months old and I have a blue-gray coat with round green/gold eyes.  My foster mom says I have the poochy-face look like a Russian Blue but heck, I have no idea what that means.  I am pretty shy and like to stay where I am comfortable and watch the world go by.   Sometimes I startle easily when there are quick moves and loud noises and I don’t think I would be good with children or a busy household.  I like other cats (my sister GIVING is teaching me to play) and I am learning that gentle touches and chin scritches feel pretty good.  Once I get to know you I will be brave and when you pick me up I snuggle into your arms.  If you take time to love on me I will love you back.  I might take a few weeks but if you are kind and gentle I will love you forever.

 

NOTE: Zarena will be adopted to a home that has another young cat or kitten near her age.  No dogs or young children, please.
