Great Cats for Great Homes

Hi – I am Fern, a 3-1/2 month old black kitten with round eyes and soft coat and I love to have you pet me.  I like exploring the house and checking out the older cats that my foster mom has.  I want to play but mostly they think I am a pest.   I tag around with her (she says I am like a puppy) and it is ok to pick me up if you are gentle and don’t expect me to stay in your arms TOO long.  There are things to do and places to see!  I like to eat and I am not picky but feed me good quality so I won’t get fat.  I think that is something bad when I am older!  I have not been with children but if they are older and kind to me I will love sleeping on their beds and being their friend.  I have met the older dog in my foster home and she leaves me alone.  I don’t think I would like a bouncy or yippy dog though.  I play with balls and feathers mostly – I am just so grateful to be inside only as I came from a mom who never came in the house.  My happy place is with YOU – come and visit in my foster home and I will show you.
