Riley was found wandering the streets in SE Portland and after assessing with neighbors, he was deemed abandoned at an apartment complex. Riley is a purr machine and is polite and no litter box issues. Riley would love a quiet home to perch and watch his humans. He’s a good eater and meows to you. Riley like so many others are often over looked because kittens are so cute, but Riley was a cute kitten once himself and is still cute.
