  Callie came to us after her original owner passed away, and the lady's elderly father could not care for her.The original owner was a single lady who had MS and who doted on Callie. This beautiful female cat loves to be brushed. She likes a lot of lap time and is a one person cat. She is loves the indoors but adores a slightly open window where she can sniff the breeze. Callie is very shy and does not like loud noises. She has anxiety if we leave her overnight and will make herself sick. Callie gets along with our small dog, although she does find him annoying at times. Callie has many wonderful qualities, but we simply cannot keep her anymore. Our schedule does not allow us to spend time with her and our children are grown. We would love to see her placed with a someone who can spend time with her and treat her the way she should be treated.
