Great Cats for Great Homes

Our mom died last weekend and Amy and I are sad and scared because our world has changed.  We hear that we have to “move” but we don’t know if that means we will stay together or go to separate homes.  I am Emily – the pretty gray Tuxedo.  I am 13 years old, declawed like my sister is, and I am the boss.  Amy is my long-haired tortoiseshell sister and she is 10.  She is shy and a bit pudgy if I do say so.  Sometimes she hides at first but she comes out to be petted when it is quiet.  We loved our mom and slept on her bed.  We miss her.  Will you pick one or both of us to stay with you?  We are indoor only cats and are healthy and easy to care for.  We always use good litterbox manners too.  We would love to get a quiet adult-only home where we can cuddle and be happy again.  Can you help?
