This handsome big boy was found in the snow and rescued in January.  He is recovering well from a frost bite injury to his ear and is enjoying the warmth  and comfort of his foster home.  He is sweet, affectionate, and playful but he's  big and strong and might not tolerate small children.  He has been around our small dog and they do well together.

He is about 2 years old, recently neutered and microchipped, Felv negative, but he is FIV positive.  Because of this he needs to be an only cat or possibly in a household with another FIV cat.  He also must be kept indoors.  FIV cats can live long lives.  This virus is specific to cats and does not affect dogs or other pets.
