"We adopted them ~3 years ago. We believe they were physically and emotionally abused, they were in their original kitten carriers when they were brought to us. Both have hip issues but have compensated tremendously, we had to teach Onyx how to balance, run, chase, play. She catches flies for us now. Bonzo was obese, ate anything placed in front of him. We had him (them) on an automatic feeder, plus he toned up because he was able to run and run.

I had to hold Onyx's paw for ~ a month while she hid in her safe place. Bonzo hid under the bed when he heard any noise but came around much much faster than her. We started them outside on a leash to see how they would do and to let them explore our back yard.

Fast forward to present and they both love to sleep with us, Onyx is a big talker and communicator. Bonzo still loves to eat and begs when ever he can."

This couple is forced to relocate where they cannot take their pets.
