  Mobius (“Moe”) is the type of cat who is part of the family.  He is very loving and is always looking for a warm lap to snuggle on.  He is playful and loves to play soccer and YES, he can even fetch!  We call him our “Cat-Dog.”  My husband and I adopted Moe about 6 years ago and we believe he is about 13 years old though he acts much younger.  He is an indoor cat and is in great health.  What has changed for us is that we’ve had two children since adopting Moe and it’s become quite apparent that two kids under the age of 3 in the house is very stressful for him.  He has  never  acted out aggressively in any way shape or form but what we’ve noticed is that he has become very timid and stressed since being around the kids.  We believe strongly that Moe deserves and would thrive in a home with someone home most of the time (as he gets a bit lonely) and no young children.  While Moe is our only pet, I believe he originally came from a house with other cats.  We think the best house for him would be one with no dogs and no young kids.  Moe is a fun loving, funny, extroverted cat and to see him timid and scared in his own home due to the changing dynamic of our family is saddening and we wish better for him.   He is very healthy and has his golden years ahead of him and we’d love to see him in a comfortable home getting as much lap time as possible so he can be himself again!
